- Q.设备是否可以在出厂时候叠加完毕再发货？
- A.
不行，你只能到货后自行进行组装，不过设备组装起来十分简单，并且你也可以选择并排摆放
- Q.是否可以将支付类型转换为非支付类型？还是不付款类型到付款类型?
- A.
您可以在设置模式中选择支付类型和非支付类型。(仅巨人系列)
- Q.自动分配系统和LG商用机器可以连接吗?
- A.
泰山和巨人pro洗衣机可以直接与自动分配器连接
- Q.设备有什么安装条件?
- A.
installation guide 选择一个合适的位置 将洗衣机安装在地面上（不可是松软地面）要足够支撑洗衣机的重量。如果地板不稳定不牢固 ，它可能引起设备振动，产生的噪音也较大。 拆除运输螺旋* 只有洗衣机 当从设备上拆除运输螺栓时，从纸箱底座上拆卸垫圈时，请注意滚筒的位置，不要过分用力或者幅度过猛。这样可能会导致滚筒移位。 调平衡 为了使滚筒运行时因为高速转动产生的震动、噪音和不必要的移动减少，必须设备保持水平

- Q.如何维护产品？
- A.
洗衣机
- Clean the detergent dispenser periodically. Use detergent less than 1/4 cup
- Clean the tub at least twice a month
- Clean the drain filter at least once a month
- Clean the gasket periodially
烘干机
- Clean off lint filter before using the dryer every time
- Clean off inside of the tub and tub front guide every month
- Q.使用过程中经常出现的错误是什么？
- A.
它是UE和DE。
- 当负载太小或衣服倾斜并聚集到一侧时，UE（巨人FAST之前的版本会出现）通常出现。 只需要打开门，将滚筒中衣物铺平，并且关上门按“开始”按钮即可
- 当门没有牢固关闭或门开关组件出现故障时，DE通常会出现。 可以解决正确关闭门或更换门开关的问题。
